Dunkin' - Northbrook

This Dunkin is the worst. Every single time I get an iced coffee there, it makes me sick to my stomach, and I never have that issue with any other location. I don’t know if they don’t clean their machines or what, but I ordered an ice coffee last night and suffered my life decisions. Not to mention, about a month ago, I ordered a bagel in the drive through and was surprised when I opened it and saw a big thick hair in my cream cheese. I was given such a hard time about it and had to fight them to get a refund. ?Parking: There’s plenty of parking there.

This is my local Dunkin. Always quick and perfect service at the drive-thru. Much appreciated.

You can't beat a cup of Dunkin' coffee. Service was quick and courteous.

I come here nearly every morning for coffee as it’s down the street from my house. At this point it’s become out of sheer convenience as the service is abysmal. 50% of the time, my order is wrong. Almost like you order through the drive thru, they don’t listen, and then give you whatever they want. To top it off when pointing out the error it’s met with a **** poor attitude as if the fault was on me. I realize there’s nothing glamorous about the job but basic customer service should be required.

Employee she was mean and trying to stop me from using the restroom I think she thought was a man , which if was it’s against IL laws for discrimination of transgender plus the bathrooms can only have one person used them; so I don’t understand her
