Incredible atmosphere and food. We went to Morton's last night. We had the bone in Ribeye, the Waygu, the fillet mignon, oysters, baked potatoes and lobster mash potatoes. Dessert with the house specialty lava cake. The bone in Ribeye was perfect. We had blue cheese on it. It's done perfectly to exact temperature asked. Fillet mignon was perfect as well. Waygu a la Oscar Rare.... Not great. It came medium, yet the foie gras rare to the point it's not edible. Though I asked them cook it once more, still not edible. I get Foie gras every chance I get and this is a poor experience. The Oscar topping wasn't good. The crab meat isn't seasoned into the sauce. Raw Oysters are great. I recommend that. And as well with the lobster Mac and cheese and baked potato.
The steak is always good. I definitely like the Rosemont location a lot more. The GM, Patrick, sets the tone for an exceptional service and experience from the entire team there
Great food and great service. Would definitely come back again. Cocktails are incredible.
We were nervous about a Mother's day dinner out anywhere, but were very pleasantly surprised. Our waiter had been there since before opening, said they had been fed all day and was enormously charming and seemed genuinely happy to be there. Food, was of course, fabulous!
