Raymond's at Northbridge

Just your very average style chineese restaurant. Woulnt bother goig out of your way Raymonds a nice guy but the food is ordinary.

Had a great night and great dinner. The service was fantastic. Shame they do not have desert on the menu though.

Food is good, but people have voted with t heir feet since Raymond sold out. Often deserted even on Friday and Saturday nights. Undeserved as food is still good.

Strangely these days it has become hard to find a good wholesome Chinese restaurant close to home as they have been taken over mostly by Thai and Indian establishments. Raymond's has a good reliable standard, is always very clean, the food is very fresh and not over cooked. the service is quiet and efficient and it is so good to have table cloths, napkins and warm towels to wash your hands. Raymond's has been popular for years in the lower North Shore area so if you are looking for a reasonably priced, clean, and consistently reliable Chinese restaurant with no fuss service and well cooked and presented food I would recommend you give it a go.
