Constantly get food orders wrong, miss items, when you ring to complain, they aren’t bothered , worst McDonald’s there is, will not be returning, staff need a good shake up, how hard can it be to get a order right

My son always has the same wrap but they never get it right! It’s so simple but the staff don’t seem to listen, it’s getting ridiculous now! Items are also sometimes missing! I live in Ashby but considering travelling to another one as it’s getting...so frustrating.

This is our local mcdonald’s and since kovid it seems that service and quality have gone. on two newer journeys through the purchases we had no serviettes, on a occasion no straw and soße that we demanded, and at both times the pommes did not fill. the box. They have come here for 17 and a half years and always had nice eating and good service and it is in a very good location.
