Really great staff. The team stood out as people that would be great to work with. The sandwich was kind of bland, but it was fresh and warm.

Good place for a sub, but they are always very wet. You have to takd the sub out and drain it over something for a while.

So happy that Firehouse now has gluten free bread. The Hook and Ladder is a much welcome respite from the salads I can usually find at any other sandwich shop.
