If 0 stars would be possible it may be warranted. From the top down this establishment truly needs to consider streamlining back to how it operated in the past as dual purpose cafe/restaurant. The attention to detail in the service is missed, food to go usually has mistakes and isn’t prepared with any integrity, and the flow of purchasing as a walk through customer is laughable most of the time. It’s not so much the staff, but the environment with which they’ve been placed, they simply cannot thrive and it’s painful every time you go there. If you’re dining in, and blissfully unaware, I’m sure a win or two can happen but it’s just average everything at best. Anyone who’s spent even a thread of time in the service industry would laugh at how establishment this operates. Nice location, mostly overpriced, and missed opportunities.

Wow! This place has grown since I've been here. Don't sit in the old bus anymore. Now they have a large dining room and an extensive menu. The place is busy. The food is still good. Food: 5 Service: 5 atmosphere: 5.

Maybe I hit it on an off day. I ordered a meatloaf sandwich on sourdough with fries to take out. I have a limited lunch break. 20 minutes or so later I received undercooked fries, a fairly tasteless piece of overcooked meatloaf on a very poor excuse for bread, thin, no structure, white, no sourdough taste. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Their baked goods make up for their lack in customer service.
