Captain Scott's Fish & Chips

That's always my first stop for dinner when I get to pei. they have the best fish and chips and I have tried most of the others who suggest people, is happy to enjoy them again at the end of juni!

Had a few times to lunch..very good, fish and chips. burgers were also pretty good. large prices

I went to captain scott this year. When I first ordered a piece of fish, I asked if I could not have the fries. I didn't want to pay less, I just didn't want to have... Fries on the other two decisions. they said they couldn't do that, so I threw the pommes away when we came back to our motel. the second time I ordered the seafood plate that came with fries and it was delicious. However, I have tried another customer who was allowed to replace the fritten for kartoffel salad. hmmm. Why didn't I offer it? the third time (august I went to captain scott’s on pm and it was closed! the other two times I went closer to pm and they were open. so annoying. Not sure I'm going back next year.

My family was in the opposite and was looking for somewhere to eat with seafood, so we decided to check this place. we ordered fish and chips, snuggles and laughs and got a generous part of each teller. the fish and chips tasted... fresh, tasty, and the fish pieces were quite big! the pommes were quite average. the shell chowder was very good, tasty and had a lot of muddles. the salmon was also very tasty and had exactly the right combination of softness, taste and crispy skin. captain scott fish and chips delivered great food, and in general we were very satisfied with our experience there and will eat there definitiw again when we look for a seafood restaurant in P.E.I

Service is fairly quick, fish is fresh delicious but the batter is really greasy.(I had to use napkins under to catch the grease) There's a condiment station that has someone watching over it which is, well...strange.
