Olive Garden - North Richland Hills

I ordered the eggplant parmesan, but the eggplant was so tough that it was difficult to cut with a knife. Meanwhile, everyone else's pasta looked delicious. Our server didn't bring the glass of ice that I requested, served only one bowl of salad for five people without checking if we wanted a second bowl, and I had to ask her to add cheese to our pasta. We will be going to the Olive Garden in Grapevine next time.

The restaurant has a wonderful family-friendly atmosphere. The service is excellent, and the food is outstanding. You can't go wrong with their breadsticks and salad, and the main dishes are truly exceptional!

The server appeared to be inexperienced, as there were multiple mistakes with our order.

Love,love, love eating here. The Tour of Italy is my favorite .

Bigger than some locations. I just got raviolis as I was not hungry. Service was excellent! Beautiful decor for Christmas.
