Jack In The Box - North Richland Hills

I can't believe this restaurant doesn't even have the correct address listed. Boulevard 26 is the location, known as the wine road. Their Tordash system is not functioning properly, and the directions provided were inaccurate. How do they expect customers to find them if they can't even get their address right?

The fast food restaurant offers excellent food, top-notch customer service, and delicious drinks. Overall, it is a great experience.

The food was served cold and it took 20 minutes in the drive-thru. Please improve the service.

The times I've visited this location have been decent. The employees, in general, are courteous and helpful. I realize Jack in the box offers a large menu, with many different items, that require different cooking stations and methods. So, depending on what you order, getting all of your items freshly made can take a bit longer than other fast food restaurants.And compared to many other Jack in the box establishments I've visited, this location ranks up there with one of the friendlier and speedier ones.
