The restaurant was nearly empty, with no other customers besides us and a few others who arrived later. The atmosphere was quiet, with no music playing. I mentioned to a staff member that it was so quiet they could hear a pin drop, but they kindly turned on some music. When I went to grab a napkin from the dispenser, my partner warned me to be careful. To my surprise, there was a roach hiding under the dispenser. It was quite unpleasant, but we simply moved tables without causing a scene. We will not be returning to this restaurant. The establishment could benefit from a thorough cleaning. I understand that it's an old building, but some maintenance is necessary.
The restaurant is nice, cozy, and clean. The service and staff were excellent when we visited for a meal. The food was decent (pulled brisket, sausage, coleslaw, and potatoes).
Before ordering food online from the North Richland Hills location, make sure to call ahead to see if they have what you want. I ordered from Dickey's in North Richland Hills, drove to pick it up, and found out they were out of it. They didn't call me or offer any solutions. Alliance Dickey's called me and promptly issued a refund. However, when I asked about something else, they said it would take 2 days for the refund to appear in my account. They refused to address the issue and seemed to blame me for not receiving the money back in my account.
Not the meute I miss. do not order them from them. they closed early on June 4th. but still my order and my money. When I showed up to pick up my order, there was only one sorrow for the inconvenience sign we closed early. you're a BBQ place that people get on the 4th july. bbq! So I was out of the money and had to clog and find dinner for my hungry family. when they close early, they close the order. When I called this morning to get a refund, I was told that the manager wasn't there and should call back tomorrow. I asked for the name of the manager and was told that she could not give her name. So I asked if I had to get in touch with the company and she told me, yes they go ahead. I will get my money back and tell everyone how they treat their customers. very rude! update: tried to call several times. the manager (finally a name) is always not available or on break. I said she was back at 17 o'clock. I tried to call four times since 5 o'clock and the phone rings.
First off the price is WAY to high, and the food taste like trash. I could get better food for less money at literally ANY other restraunt in the area. 2nd THEY Don't EVEN HAVE AC. If I wanted to be scorched to death by the heat while I was eating I would have asked to be thrown in the oven with the food so I could eat it in there
