It's changed a lot. The workers don't even want to be there and you can feel the weird vibes as soon as you walk in. The food was horrible and I could clearly see people in the kitchen playing around. It just doesn't feel enjoyable anymore. I was there for my daughter's 2nd birthday, but it felt more like a funeral.
When I called the restaurant, I had to listen to a lengthy explanation about reservations and packages that I had already read about on their website. After patiently enduring 5 minutes of redundant information, a lady finally answered the phone. However, when I asked her a question that she couldn't find an answer to on the website, she quickly lost patience and abruptly ended the call after only 30 seconds of conversation. It was frustrating to have to sit through the entire 5-minute spiel every time someone called.
