Chapps Burgers (nrh)

We went to Chapps at my husband's suggestion for my birthday. The prices seem ok but as you add to the basic burgers you find yourself or myself going from a $9 junior meal to a $15 junior meal. The food was ok but not great and there are other places I have enjoyed more for a lower price.

Disappointed. Walked in to a near empty establishment at lunchtime. Waitress about 5 minutes to place my to go order. Waited 15 minutes more for food to come out. Drove home, took a bite, and burger was cooked like a hockey Puck, hard and black, charred. I did see later online you can order rare, medium, etc., but they didn't ask in person and proceeded to just burn the meat to the point it's flavor was more charcoal, then beef. Still have that taste in my mouth.

Used to love this place years ago, brought my family for dinner and it's so obvious the standard has gone down. It took almost an hour to get our food (it wasn't busy at all) and my burger was completely doused in Cajun seasoning, it was inedible. So disappointed

The food came out fast. You can tell the meat was fresh. I got lettuce wrapped and I was surprised at how fresh the lettuce was since usually it's soggy elsewhere. Everything tasted very fresh. The bathroom and tables were very clean. The Cajun fries are freaking addictive. I am definitely coming back. This was the best post workout meal.

Best burgers hands down. Menu so easy to understand. There's something for everyone here. Always super clean every time we come. Made fresh. Great for any time. Gone here several times and have anyways got exactly what I ordered. Special shout out to the owner and her son for making this place Special. Kid-friendliness: My kids are picky but they know that there's always something here that they will love
