Bubble Chews - North Richland Hills

I really love this place. It has changed a bit and no longer has computers available, but it’s still fantastic. The drinks are unmatched!

My husband brought me here, and I absolutely fell in love! We always get the smoothies because they are incredibly delicious. My kids love it too, and we come here all the time—we’ll definitely keep coming back! I’ve never had any issues here; the staff is really nice and friendly. I highly recommend this place to anyone who enjoys refreshing drinks like these; I promise you won't be disappointed!

I have visited Bubble Chews several times in the past and have always enjoyed it. However, my most recent visit yesterday was quite disappointing. Upon entering the restaurant, I noticed that the air conditioning wasn't on. Given that it was a hot summer day, it made the experience uncomfortable. I ordered my bubble tea right after my friend, but while he received his drink after about 10 minutes, I was left waiting. The staff seemed to be preoccupied in the back room, even though there were several customers in the front, so I assumed they were busy. After another 15 minutes had passed—by which time my friend had finished his drink—I approached one of the employees. To my dismay, she asked if I wanted to order something else! It seemed they had completely lost my order, which left me feeling extremely frustrated. I wasn't the only one experiencing issues; another customer complained about being charged for drinks she hadn’t ordered. In conclusion, while I truly enjoy Bubble Chews' bubble tea, I am not impressed with their customer service.

NEW SPOT FOR ORIENTAL DRINKS. These beverages have been popular for a long time, but this new and exciting location is a great place to enjoy them. It offers delicious flavors in a lively setting, providing a unique experience for those who aren’t familiar with what they’re about to try.
