$23.29 two burgers fries,coke and unsweet TEA,1,PECAN PIE, WITH COUPON ORDERED ONLINE TO GO. ALL FOOD COMPLETE ORDER INTO TRASH. URGERS RAW, FRY'S VERY RAW, PECAN PIE STALE, .. WIFE'S UNSWEET TEA WAS A COKE SHES DIABETIC. WE EAT OUT EVERY DAY THIS WAS OUR WORST EXPERIENCE EVERY TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY..

Nothing but the fries were right about my order. The patties on the burger provided looked prefrozen and unappealing. On the night of they told me to come see the manager tomorrow. I spoke to the manager onsite the next day, who told me there was nothing she could do and to call the number online. Horrible food and even worse service.

I had never tried Big Deal before, but it was nearby, and I was craving a burger. It turned out to be one of the best burgers I've ever had. I went for the build-your-own option, but they have some pretty wild burgers on the menu that I might try next time when I’m feeling a bit hungrier.

They are more expensive than any restaurant I’ve ever been to, and the food tastes terrible. To make matters worse, they don’t have air conditioning! Nobody wants to dine in an oven!!! I highly recommend avoiding this place!

I ordered 13 burger meals for a company lunch and was really looking forward to it after seeing the pictures online. However, when we picked up the order and brought it back to the office, we were extremely disappointed. Several of the burgers were not made as we had requested, and the presentation was nowhere near what was shown in the pictures. The burger patties tasted and looked like they were frozen. Overall, it was just a letdown.
