Tgi Fridays - North Miami

Awful experience at the restaurant on Biscayne Boulevard! The manager was incredibly rude to us on Friday night when we wanted to dine with our children. We were completely disregarded and she never bothered to return. We will not be coming back.

I went today with my husband to have lunch and service was great..lady at the bar was wonderful!! Helpful, funny and caring. Thank you so much!!You are doing an amazing job, lot of stuff on yout hands and always smiling?

I’m recent dining experience at TGI Fridays was a disaster. The service was very slow and unsatisfactory. The waitress didn’t checked in on me and my guests and failed to refilled our drinks unless we request it. It got worse as the night progressed. My french fries were cold and unseasoned, yuck! The steamed broccoli was lukewarm, and the chicken tenders tasted like frozen TV meals. I shouldn't have eaten here in the first place, and this might be my last.

Thieves!My hubby went and placed an order of chicken parmasean pasta that costs $16.89 and he got charged for $20.97. He then asked for his receipt because he couldnt understand how taxes would be $4.08. The hispanic cashier at the front then gave him a receipt which showed NO BREAKDOWN of his order. It simply showed a total figure of $20.97 then also still had a slot for tipping. He then requested a manager, Ken came and identified himself as manager and told my hubby that he is being charged a delivery fee even though he ordered in store and was waiting on his order. Ken agreed to refund $3 and was extremely rude because my hubby caught on to the fact that they were overpricing him. Ken refused to provide a receipt for the refund which again was another red flag from the manager at TGI Fridays North Miami BeachLong and short pay keen attention to your bill because they are over pricing you for your food. They are a bunch of thieves!

The service was good, but the fajitas and the accompanying sides were somehow undercooked and charred. I would say it was the worst fajitas I've ever had.
