Mcdonald's - North Miami

That's the worst of mcdonald, everywhere. the service is terrible. employees very confrontatiw, especially management. if they change something like no pickles, it will be a situation. they would have built a hot dog immediately and would have been 100% better.

It was good, they screwed up the happy food and the hühnerburger was so much smaller than the picture, but it tasted good and the people were in order.

The WORST McDonalds ever! All the employees are incompetent. They move so slow because they busy running they mouth instead of working. Manager is clueless. Takes damn near an hour to get simple quick damn food. Shut the whole thing down.

I went around 1135pm on Monday January 31st and went I finally got to the drive thru order area I waited around 10 minutes and didn't hear anybody say anything.. So i said hello and someone replied and then took my order, when I got to the first window, I asked the lady if she didn't know i was there and she said they were dealing with something and when I got to the window she was sitting there eating. My problem is the attitude was an issue and making people wait while she was at the window eating.. Review the cameras and you will see her eating making people wait while she eats... Then in the second window where you receive your food you can hear the workers arguing... This place has always had very unprofessional people working there and always with an attitude. I know it's only McDonald's but people don't go there to get miss treated and get given n attitude when all we want is to order food.. Not only that they take forever to get are food and orders.. I will continue to let people how bad the service is until something changes.

The manager was not able to implement the promotion from the app which provides free items based upon your purchase. Unacceptable.
