Starbucks - North Miami Beach

Disgusting latte. i don’t even know what it tastes like. i asked iced caramel latte, they did hot and plus tastes so bad. definitely not caramel

This review is not for the store in general, but for the supervisor of this location to be aware that one of its staff member (Janet) gave us today the worst attitude and acted very rude just because she heard a different size order than what we said She argued about what she heard and proceeded to slammed the coffee in the garbage. Hopefully, she finds another job where she fits better and you can keep your good record. ,

Not a big Starbucks fan..but this one inside Publix is very nice..All new ..clean quiet good service..nice place to get coffee and relax

Why do cafes display products that are not available, misleading customers? Is this poor service common in all cafes, or just this one? Starbucks is not what it used to be.
