Famous Dave's Craig Road

We booked a table through OpenTable and arrived a few minutes ahead of schedule, only to be informed that there was a 20-minute wait. Despite reminding them of our reservation, they insisted that it was first come, first served. This was very disappointing, especially since it was a Wednesday night and the restaurant was only half full. We decided not to wait 20 minutes and left.

The food at this restaurant was amazing and arrived promptly. We were impressed with the three different BBQ Alice flavors available. The server was friendly and accommodating. The only downside was the wait time when we first arrived, despite having made a reservation through Open Table. It's possible they were short-staffed that evening. However, the quick service and delicious food more than made up for it.

The service at this restaurant needs improvement. I ordered a draft Miller beer and was brought a bottle of Miller Light without a glass. When requesting butter, I received a small container for five people. When eating ribs, more napkins are typically needed, but despite asking for more, they were never brought to our table. Overall, there were other issues as well, but I'll run out of space to list them all.

Food was good taste..But the amount of food you get for the value was ridiculous!!!

Don’t sit in the bar area our waiter did a horrible job.
