Mickys Pizza - North Kingstown

Just a heads up - if you order grilled chicken as a pizza topping, it will come as cooked pulled chicken that is tasteless and bone dry. It really ruined the pizza for me.

I think that this is currently the best place for pizza in the state of Rhode Island.

This place makes outstanding NY style pizza. Most other local pizza places, surely beloved by loyal locals, have their own style which is generally a bit doughy. But since moving to RI, I found myself missing an option for traditional NY pizza until Micky's opened. Consistently delicious, large and generously topped pies. Great rolls and cannoli as well. The white pizza is perfect! The pepperoni pie is loaded with curled goodness! And this may be one of the few places in RI where you really do NOT need to order extra cheese. They keep the menu simple and do everything well. Unless you are looking for the local style pizza, this is the best pizza (NY style) in the State of Rhode Island at least. Expensive and well worth every penny.
