Wickford On The Water - North Kingstown

Stopped at this restaurant after a quick internet search for a restaurant with outdoor seating on the water. It turned out to be a great decision! We arrived at around 3 on a beautiful Monday summer afternoon. The restaurant was busy even at that timeof day but we were seated right away. We chose to sit at the bar so that we would have an elevated, direct view of the harbor. I opted for a glass of peach sangria as a refreshing summer cocktail. It was a generous glass and was delicious. My friend andI both had the fish tacos. Again it was a generous, tasty portion with two tacos and a side of perfectly crispy French fries. Hopefully I will be back in the area to go to this restaurant again in the quaint little town of Wickford!

I had the best Tuna Panini! The herbal focaccia bread used by them is delicious. They use both onion and celery for the crisp. I'm not a celery fan and that was great. And homemade hot potato chips delicious! Very recommended.

Awesome lunch with a friend I haven 't seen in almost a year. John was our waiter and was very efficient, but not bothersome. The deck is wonderful. Nice job! Even though we hung out after paying the bill for a few (ok, quite a few) minutes, John continued to keep our water glasses full! We told him it wasn 't necessary. His answer I have to keep my girls hydrated We have already attended our 50th HS Reunion, so calling us Girls brought instant smiles. It was our first visit, but definitely not our last.

A beautiful day, great view, delicious food and wonderful hospitality. Can’t wait to go back!
