Dunkin' - North Kingstown

Dunkin' is a fantastic spot for a cup of coffee, espresso drinks, refreshments, sandwiches, donuts, and more. You can choose your coffee size based on your preferences, and they typically process orders quickly. However, my recent experience was disappointing. I placed my order through the app when I was about 3-4 minutes away, which is a feature the app recommends. When I arrived, I expected to pick up my pre-prepared order, but not only was mine not ready, but several others were also delayed. I waited for 10 minutes, and then I had to wait an additional 7 minutes. This level of service is not acceptable for a fast-food chain that promotes online ordering for quick service.

This restaurant is quite popular on the East Coast. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they offered gluten-free options. I tried the protein and hash browns, and it was delicious!

The staff is very nice and the location is great. They always get my order right and are consistently friendly.
