The coworkers were unfriendly, and despite my request for no pickles on my sandwich, they still added them.
Upon entering, I placed an order for six sandwiches, but the wait was incredibly long—almost half an hour. When I finally received the bag, the staff member carelessly tossed it to me, and to my dismay, one of the sandwiches was missing. When I asked her about it, she told me it was my fault for not checking the bag beforehand, and refused to give me the sandwich I had already paid for. To make matters worse, the avocado and cucumber in the sandwiches were rotten and unappetizing. The entire experience was marred by poor customer service and subpar food. I cannot recommend this place to anyone—please don't go yourself, and don’t send your family or friends either. It’s just not worth it.
The food is great but the owner is insufferable. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. I used to come here a lot because the food is great. She's so rude. She yells at her customers, she yells at her staff. It's always such chaos in there because she's always training someone new since she can't retain staff. I love the food, and I'm sorry to miss it. Keeping an appalling person like her in business isn't worth it though. She's vile. It's a toxic environment.
Came I. Today and had a turkey sandwich. May just be the best sandwich I've ever had in my life. The lettuce on it was so clean and fresh, the bread you can tell was from a bakery, very fresh. This is real homemade sandwiches. I will be coming here all the time.
