Lola Adang's Kusina - North Chicago

My coworker and I recently had the chance to visit Lola Adang’s Kusina, and I must say, it was a great experience! The food was excellent. Knowing that LAK is a small family-owned business, we expected the food to be good, and it certainly did not disappoint. The quality was outstanding, and the portion sizes were generous. I particularly enjoyed the teriyaki chicken—it was absolutely delicious! The service was pretty good as well; the staff was friendly and welcoming to both me and my coworker. The atmosphere was decent, but I would have appreciated some music to liven it up a bit, as it felt a bit too quiet. Overall, I highly recommend Lola Adang’s Kusina if you’re looking for fantastic food at a great price!

The food is fantastic. The quality and flavor is outstanding for the price point. The portions are also generous and absolutely worth the price. Each lumpia was large, crispy, flavorful, and huge for the price. Pancit and sinigang was delicious and great value. The employees are friendly and helpful. The store is decorated with unique ornaments throughout. You have to come shortly after opening as they run out of food quickly. I highly recommend coming here.
