March 25, 2024Around 10:30pmOrdered the #3 Quarter pounder with Cheese medium fry and drink. Young lady at the first window was very pleasant when I paid. BUT, at the second window when I went to get my food, lady came, handed me my food, I asked for some salt. She acted like she didn’t hear me, then moved the ear piece long enough for me to ask again for some salt. She wasn’t pleasant at all and continued talking through the mic telling the person that in the drive thru to repeat their order because “I was yelling” at her. First of all, I was NOT yelling nor was I talking loud. She was very rude. Anyway, I go to park so that I can eat my food. I ate my fries first. I go to bite into my burger, and it wasn’t even ALL the way COOKED through. It was red as hell in the middle and I had spit it out!!! NASTY!!!!
They have definitely stepped up there curbside service, fast fresh and friendly
They were really busy which I understand is why I had to wait a long time. The lady that ran the front register and was on top of all the orders, she is the MVP
