Roberto's Pizza - North Brunswick

This restaurant deserves a positive review, especially for its sauce, which is fresh and full of flavor. Its location right next to the bowling alley makes it convenient, making it a great option for both kids and adults looking for a meal that's a step above typical bowling alley fare. The cozy atmosphere and friendly service add to the charm, and there’s plenty of seating available.

First, the quality of the food is outstanding. Everything is homemade, from the dough and sauce to the mozzarella and all the main dishes. Second, the service is excellent. If you have a specific request or want to customize your meal, they will do their utmost to accommodate you. Third, this is a local family business. They work just as hard as the rest of us and managed to stay open through the pandemic, which I'm sure was a challenging time for restaurants. I've seen some reviews mentioning long wait times for orders. Keep in mind, this is a small family-run business dedicated to crafting high-quality food. They are always busy and take the time needed to ensure everything is perfect. If your order takes an extra 5 or 10 minutes, think of it as the price you pay for quality. Just take a deep breath, relax, or strike up a chat with the owner.

Fifteen years ago, there was a local pizza place that my family and I frequented because the pizza was just fantastic! Unfortunately, that place declined in quality, but the head chef opened his own restaurant, and I’ve been a loyal customer ever since. They offer a wide variety of delicious dishes, but if you’re in the mood for a thick Sicilian pizza loaded with toppings – and extra cheese if you like – you’ll know exactly what I mean! It’s located in North Brunswick, right next to the bowling alley.

10/10- one of the best pizzas round. I love this place.
