I paid for venti size, not grande. It was not a good experience. They should always try their best and fill the drink to the top for customers.
I’ve been to the Starbucks handful of times and every time I’ve had a great experience, sometimes a little wait in drive thru but they are good. The Starbucks partners are compassionate and sweet and acknowledged you. Thank you for making my experience great with y’all every time, keep up the good work.
Absolutely adore Starbucks … Their coffee is top-notch, with rich flavor that never disappoints. Cozy atmosphere and friendly staff make it the perfect spot to start my day or unwind in the afternoon. A must-visit for any coffee lover!
Update: they 've done it again. Short Pour on Grande orders. I just went in yesterday morning and ordered a double shot espresso hold the ice and got a correct drink. I went in this morning and got a (short) single shot of espresso with a splash of milk! Same order completely different drink (pictured) Any time I order a Grande at this locations, it 's short changed! It 's like I am paying for the grande price to get the tall. Whether it 's coffee or cappuccino or lattes, they are just always super light! So today, I decided to pour my drink out into a measuring cup! Six ounces. (Pictured) I have paid for countless Grandes to get six ounces of anything! I called the manager on duty to make them aware and all they did was say oh yeabsorry about that, we 'll try and tighten that up . I am somewhere between outraged and numb. I am shaking my head at you Starbucks on Anderson and Rockwood The line during busy time at this location is particularly horrible. 30+ minutes! So instead I order ahead through the app so that I can walk in, grab, and go. But the parking lot it pretty tight and unusual and highly inconvenient. Speed is part of the Starbucks allure and this is the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. And I would forgive all of it if my drink were correct but now they are ripping off the very drinks I am paying for!
I get Door Dash from here several times a week. Would it be too much to ask that this location remember to add a straw to the bag? It’s also frustrating that when you order a bagel they don’t put a knife in there for the cream cheese.
