I believe this review is dependent on who is working, but I tend to go often on Sunday evenings and the few young kids who work there during this shift are HORRIBLE. Horrendous customer service, bad attitudes and a complete lack of care when preparing the food. I have two toddlers and now, a newborn, so I rely a lot on ordering on the mobile app so I can quickly and conveniently run in to pick it up. However, the sandwiches are even worse when ordering via the mobile app. It seems like they assume that because it’s a to go order they have less accountability. The subs I bring home look like my toddler made them! During the week, I get a very different experience. I guess Sunday isn’t subway day anymore, disappointing.
Store was clean and neat. I ordered the #4 and my wife got the #20 The Sandwiches were pretty good, you Can tell they are putting more meat on the Sandwiches.
Worst subway I’ve ever been too, rudest employees I’ve ever
This Subway is a staple in North Brookfield as we do not have that many food options here and they are quick and easy location to grab a bite on the go. The only thing I will nitpick is the lack of attention and inconsistency for online mobile orders. Very rarely do they actually take into consideration some of the specific instructions or the amount of condiments being used for your sandwich. For example on the mobile app if you wish to have extra mayonnaise, extra cheese, you want it cut a certain way or whatever, you will come to find out that by the time you open up your sandwich you're not getting exactly what you had asked or paid for. I have done many mobile orders here and I do prefer to have extra amounts of condiments on my sandwich or multiple kinds and they seem to put almost standard amount or none at all in my sandwich. They have also forgotten to put other condiments I had asked for and only did the one. And if you ever order chips or drinks with your sandwich on the mobile app do not expect a quick and easy grab-and-go you will have to ask them for the drinks and chips that you had paid for because they don't seem to leave those out for you where they normally place the sandwiches on the shelf for mobile order pickups.
