Domino's Pizza - North Bay

Wanted a great pizza so called dominos orderd the thin crust with a ton of toppings girl said she would have to check to see if this could happen tomany items soit won't cook rite great to know cut down on the toppings and was just great thank you

So I made an order. I had enough points for a free pizza so I figured, let's see how much the delivery would be on a Free Pizza. Sure enough, after going through the first "checkout" I saw there were no charges for delivery. Second "checkout" still no sign of charges. Third time I clicked on "checkout" to complete and finalize my order, again the menu displayed Delivery: FREE. So I figured, what a bonus! Free Pizza with free delivery! So I waited about 25 minutes. No calls. Sure enough the delivery driver calls informing me that they were trying to contact me to tell me that I would have to pay $4 for delivery. Now the delivery man was already out, he had my pizza, called me to tell me that my Free pizza with Free delivery was no longer free. I rebutted that he managed to call me with no problems, why did I not receive a call before or when they got my order in? My phone was connected, neither me nor my girlfriend were using it. I didn't like that kind of practice of business. If your receipt says Delivery: Free then there should be no additional charges unless I comply so before the order goes through! I went a bit further, called the manager, got her two cents on the situation. Through investigating the pages I went through, I talked to her on how there were no indications on whether or not there would be additional charges. Sure enough, even on the page itself, it did had a legal statement regarding extra charges on premium items and selections, however nothing to do with delivery. I will print out the receipt so everyone knows what it is like to know you ordered something free but have it ripped away from you. I love this pizza joint!! They always make an amazing pizza that my whole family loves, we look forward to eating here when we do!!

There pizzas are the best staff fast and very very friendly pizza was hot and fresh and delivered in less then 40 mins driver was very friendly as well all around always a win choosing Domino's

Dominos has real big pieces of meat we had ham, Their park bites are really good too.The only thing that was disappointing was the dipping sauce for the crust. We purchased a garlic sauce and it was tasting more like ranch sauce. Which my family does not like ranch sauce Otherwise the service was great and pretty fast even for ordering online.
