White Owl Bistro - North Bay

I had the daily special - pickerel bite salad & zucchini, spinach, walnut puree soup. Both were delicious. I like how White Owl Bistro shops at the local farmers market and uses fresh ingredients. This restaurant is always on my list of where to go for a great meal!

Was next door to our motel, has a wonderfull menu to choose from, like the fact that they pay attention to local grown food, farm to table approach which adds to the flavor of the food.Enjoyed the RAINBOW TROUT while my wife enjoyed her ROAST CHICKEN, BACON AND PEA PASTA (and she usually does not like peas). Were able to sit outside, has a small view on the lake, pleasant atmosphere and good service. Recommended.

This is clearly one of the best in town, not sure why there aren't more great reviews. Excellent food, best patio in area, good service. Why anyone would prefer Burger World is a mystery.

Great food, nice view of Lake Nipissing from patio, usually has live entertainment during the summer. Can't recommend this place enough.

We had a wonderful meal on the patio. The service was excellent! The meal was delicious! We ordered the Farmers Board for an appetizer. I didn't like all the items but my husband found them all to be very tasty. For dinner I had Seafood Canneloni.The portion was large and I should have only eaten half but it was so good I kept picking at it until it was gone. My husband ordered the Roast Chicken and fresh pea pasta. It was very good as well. Most of the items are locally sourced from the chefs' own farm and surrounding area.The pasta is freshly made on site.We were too full for dessert but plan to return on a Tuesday or Thursday when there is live music.
