Chopsticks Take-Out & Catering

It was the worst Chinese food I have ever had. The food had obviously been pre-made and sitting around for hours. All of it; the Chicken Fried Rice, Deep Fried Wontons, Chicken Balls, Honey Garlic Ribs, Egg Rolls etc. was completely dried out. After the money we paid for that meal and to get that type of food, never again will we order from that place. They shouldn't even be in business; the district health unit needs to check in on them.

The best Chinese food in North Bay. Food is hot and tasty but there is take-out only. The menu has many very good items.

Rudest customer service ever tonight!!!! Have been a customer for years and will never, ever order food from here again! Not only did we wait 40 minutes longer for our food than we were told (were told 45 minutes it took an hour and 25) but we also did not receive soya sauce... When I called to complain the front counter girl was like "well it's free anyways" and "it's not like I'm going to send a delivery driver to bring you 2 packets of soya sauce" when I said they should be doing something to compensate for next time her response was "well next time I can give you extra sauce but that's it", when I got off the phone I realized that they had also forgot to include my white rice. All it would have taken to retain my business would have been a polite (rather than ignorant) I'm sorry and maybe a next time we'll give you a free fried rice or something. I get that it's "just" soya sauce but when you pay $70 for food and you enjoy that food with the soya sauce on it it kind of ruins your meal! Just like 2 or three times ago when we ordered and didn't receive our sweet and sour sauce.... PS they are just chicken balls without the sauce!

We enjoyed the take out immensely. Everything was hot and fresh but they are so busy it's a long wait. Well worth the wait. I think everyone in North Bay orders from there

Always buy our chinese food here until tonight....will be the last time! our chicken in the chicken balls were soooo chewy i couldn't eat them.....i phoned to explain that you could not eat them...they said thank you for letting us know!i thought maybe bring the full box back get a refund...exchange for something else..refund for the chicken balls but no....jusg thank you for letting us know!well the chicken is in the garbage and they have recieved the last of my money!! save your money get your chinese food elsewhere!!
