They do not accept cash at this restaurant. My son is old enough to make a purchase on his own, but not old enough to use a credit card. Using COVID as an excuse is only unacceptable; other sandwich shops are able to provide hand sanitizer, so why can't Greggs?
I always end up eating cold food at this restaurant because they claim they don't sell hot food, but they do heat it up before selling it cold. It seems like Greggs doesn't understand what a true bakery is supposed to offer, as bakers usually sell hot food. On top of that, their prices keep increasing weekly and they charge an extra 20% just to sit in their meager seating area next to an open door. The seating area is cramped and not comfortable at all, definitely not worth the extra 20%. If you're looking for hot and fresh food, I suggest going somewhere else. There's a bakery just around the corner that offers both hot and cold options with a proper seating area and even a restroom, something that Greggs doesn't provide despite charging extra for seating. Don't waste your money at Greggs, there are better options available.
I went to the house and was greeted by a complete ball friend who just ignored me. then I asked about a yum yum and gave a rich cookie. then the young man asked to swallow it and he gave me a face. full of abuse. the worst of all my yum yum was stale and tasted of complete dog poo.
We hopped off a cruise ship in Greenock and walked around a bit before we happened into Greggs. It was just what we needed; warm Latte, sweet eclair and super fast Internet. If I was a local this would be a regular stop.
