Sno Cap Drive In - North Augusta

Pulled into one of the spots and flipped the switch. waited almost 30 minutes with servers walking by assisting other people. I just assumed they were really busy so I continued to wait. Then another vehicle pulls in and almost immediately receive service. So I pull into a different spot flipped the switch and out comes the server. I asked if there was something wrong with the one I was at because no one ever came out. she said the light didn’t come on for them. I get that but at the same time they have to know some of those stations act up and which ones it happens to most frequently. so maybe if they see someone at one of the stations just sitting there go out and ask if they need help just to be sure. I have the utmost respect for people in the service industry. I know how chaotic things can get. Which is why I will wait, sometimes longer than I should to be helped. It takes a lot to get me bothered and this did. I will not come back here.

We absolutely adore Sno-Cap! My husband and I have been going there since we were children. The food is always incredible, waitresses are always kind, and it has the perfect vibes all around. It just feels like home!

Great place for the whole family! Yummy food, good service, and a unique place.

They are very polite food is always consistent and cooked to order, I always have to bring mine home

I love this place. The servers are always so nice and today they made my day. I went to celebrate my mom's birthday and they gave me a cone in her honor. I wish I could remember the servers name but she was great
