You must visit this place! They have tons of delicious ice cream flavors that will satisfy your taste buds. It can get busy, but the service is quick and the staff are friendly. The prices are reasonable and it's a place that your kids will love. Highly recommended.

Purchase ice cream for the family over a month ago and was overcharged. Called and notified the local branch in Evans to notify them of overcharged. They stated that I would receive a refund for the over charge ,which was about six dollars. To date I have not received a phone call. I?ve called several times and still have not received my money back. Not sure if the staff decided to give them self a larger tip than I left but this is unacceptable. Poor management. I will not be back, and I strongly suggest everyone to check their tickets before leaving the store.

The staff was great, especially Law who was fantastic!!!

Toni was extremely helpful and made our evening even more enjoyable for my wife and kids. I highly recommend Cold Stone (Evans) for a fun family outing - everyone loves ice cream!

Ice cream are always fresh and taste wonderful, however they always seem to be short staffed.
