Crowne Plaza North Augusta, An Ihg

Shakia and Vertiz were so friendly upon arriving after a long travel day. They handled everything perfectly and put a smile on my face. They signed me up for the IHG app and also gave me some cold water for my room. Excellent service.

My wife and I planned a weekend for our 1st year Marriage anniversary. My wife wanted to be close to water for personal reasons. I choose this hotel because it did not require traveling and provided a king room river view. Once I arrived the room only allowed a back view of tthe river. As I walked thru lobby receptionist, Shakeia, asked if everything was okay. I explained I was disapppointed with our view. Shakeia not only gave us another room with a full view, she gave us a few more perks for our stay. Nyala was our Saturday morning receptionist and she was also extremely kind, professional, and displayed great customer service. Thank you Ladies for providing a great experience during our stay at the Crowne Plaza.

This place has a great atmosphere! the personal is very friendly and welcoming. I felt like I've known her for years. they treated our service dog like their own dog. I'll stay here again when I get back to town. I recommend this hotel for your stay in augusta. room: 5/5

Loves this place and place clean and professional. the hotel is located on the river with a large greenway for an active trip. augusta is a hidden gem. not overcrowded and easy to handle. cushion extra fluffy. if they like flat kisses, they bring their own. room: 5/5

Great stay! Excellent location. Friendly staff. Very clean and nice finishes. We loved the views of the river and plenty to do in the area! Roof top bar was amazing! We would highly recommend the Crowne Plaza!
