Wendy's - Norfolk

On Friday night, I visited the drive-thru, and I was impressed by how friendly and charming the staff was. I placed my order quickly and was able to easily use my app rewards. The drive-thru service was efficient, and everything in my order was accurate, including the correct sauces. The ladies at both the first and second windows were particularly sweet and attentive. Thank you!

Decided to give this Wendy's another shot! Never Again!! Ordered a 4 for 4 and switched the buns to the premium option, get home and there is no bun at all! Wife called the store and they said she was lying and that we put no bun but clearly you can see it says premium bun on the order! We've had this location a few times and every time the fries have been cold and soggy, as was the case again tonight! This was the last chance for this location and they will not be getting anymore business from us!! Take the time and go to another location in the area!!

I always end up waiting a long time whenever I visit. The service here is incredibly slow. During my last few visits, there was consistently a long line, and only one car was being served at the window while the next one had to wait to place their order at the speaker. Are there any managers around? If so, someone really needs to step in and improve this situation! This is not what you expect from a Wendy's!

The staff is friendly and courteous, but the management leaves much to be desired. It doesn’t make sense to have one woman responsible for taking orders, preparing the food, and handling payments. The issues stem from poor administration.

This is the best Wendy's around, but today my food was cold and ordered a big Chile and got only half a cup
