Starbucks - Norfolk

Poor service they wanted to argue with me about putting sugar in my coffee and I paid for it. I recommend going anywhere else, but any Starbucks.Service: 1/5

I absolute love Starbucks but unfortunately i have to use this location until the other two closes to me are open due to renovations I’ve been to this location 2-3 times this location is rude and everyone seems to me annoyed “not very customer service friendly “ the first incident in drive thru the gentleman added his own tip to my card and the second incident was in drive thru as well the young lady stated i couldn’t get a large but i seen several people walk out with LG drink even the car ahead of me had LG drink as well she looked as though she had an Attitude this location needs some adjusting or retraining what they fail to understand YOU CHOOSE THIS JOB i understand people go thru things but you always have to “put on a face “ because you work with the public it’s customer service you never know a smile can go a long way i believe I’ll just wait until the other location open back up because 2 times is enough for me at this location

Service is the worse. Don't go inside they will def serve 8 or 9 cars first and then mess up your order. 22mins on a ice coffee just ridiculous. Drink was wrong and didn't have time to ask them to fix it so I left and went to DunkinFood: 3/5

The staff maintains a positive attitude while moving efficiently during demanding hours. I really appreciated the way Jamie called out updates regarding whose order she is actively working on to keep the customers informed and ready to grab their drinks. Thank you all!!

Worst Starbucks ever. Never enough food, always issue with parking, never clean, no napkins…list goes on. Not recommended.Drive further for better locationFood: 1/5
