Pizza Hut - Norfolk

This is by far the worst Pizza Hut we have ever experienced. In October my boyfriend and I ordered for our first time at this location just a pizza and wings, the order was placed at 6:30pm and we did not receive our order for delivery until 9:00pm. The app said it was out for delivery and this location is only a mile away from our home. We?ve called about 4 times trying to see where our food was. The lady on the phone said it was out for delivery and hour went by and still nothing called again and again she said they only had one driver and he is about to take our order to be delivered. We received our food and it was cold. I contacted Pizza Hut to get my money back and haven?t received it again. This past Sunday we decided to give this location another try but do curb side pick up Instead. Accidentally took the wrong vehicle and we went in and said we?re here for a curbside pick up, name is... and we accidentally drove the wrong car. The lady at the desk said what are you talking about with the rudest attitude and the order still took 30 more minutes after the order said it was completed. You?re better off ordering from a different location.

Second time in a row where I ordered delivery and the food took an hour longer than expected or advertised. Was told that they have five other orders standing by because they only had one driver and we?re waiting for him to return from a route he was already running before he would be back to get our food and deliver. Told them to just give me the food carry out. They still charged me the delivery fee and the food was barely luke warm and dry like it had been finished cooking 40 minutes ago and sitting in the warming oven the entire time. Would give zero stars if possible, ended up trashing the pizza after half a slice. Very disappointed.

They had a no call, no show for one of their delivery drivers. So they call me in to come pick up my own pizza. When I show up to the store there so nobody at the counter for more than 15 minutes. I yelled ?hello? multiple times and finally a woman shows up and very rudely handles my situation and then proceeds to tell me that I still have to pay my delivery fee and tip that I paid online. And the pizza was not even freshly made. Worst Pizza Hut experience ever. I will never come back here.

I ordered a pizza online and my address is only 5-7 minutes from the pizza place and the deliver drive didn?t drop the closest pizza off first which is unacceptable, it has been over and hour and a half and I still have not received my pizza so I?m very sure it?s going to be cold and hard. I will never order from this location again and this is very disappointing that I came home from work starving and I ordered my pizza At 6:30 and still can?t eat and now it?s 8:30pm. I will be calling Pizza Hut corporate offices and filing a complaint. Worst customer service ever!!!

I ordered a pizza last night at 730. It went out for delivery at 851. An hour and 20 minutes goes by, so now it is 1010 before I give the store a call (mind you I?m 2.5 miles from the store) they tell me there?s no way for them to know when the pizza will get here. I decide to order a pizza from dominos at 1020. It gets delivered on a bicycle in less than 25 minutes. The pizza I ordered from Pizza Hut never got delivered. I never got a call saying something happened. Save your time and money and just don?t order from here. The young girl who answered the phone was laughing when she answered it and copped an attitude when I wanted to know where my pizza was. Very unprofessional and unorganized place of business and the lack of care shows.
