Max & Ermas - Norfolk

The chicken tortilla soup is some of the best soup I've ever hadCheesey creamy base vs broth or tomato from which I'm accustomed.

TL:Dr looks like they made some positive changes, have had two very good experinces in a row. I was very hesitant about going here after reading the horror

My dad & I had been going to Max & Erma's at MacArthur Mall for years before it shut down.

We're at the hotel this week for a meeting. While I didn't have the opportunity to eat in the restaurant, the food we ordered was delicious. The servers and hostesses were also very friendly and helpful, especially when it comes to a larger than usual number of orders at once. I would like to have the opportunity to actually eat in the restaurant if I ever get the chance.

Great times at Max Erma! The service was great and also the food. My Cod BLT was pretty delicious. My drink was okay. The waitress was excellent! And thanks to the manager to show so much love! I had a great night. This used to be a favorite in college when it was in MacArthur Mall. Bring the chicken parmigiana back!!
