Kfc - Norfolk

I had an absolutely awful experience with the service at this restaurant. If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered two meals that were supposed to come with cookies, but I didn’t receive any cookies at all. Instead, I ended up with two plates full of potatoes and gravy when I only asked for one side of gravy. This isn’t the first time something like this has happened, and I’m sure it won’t be the last.

There's nothing more disappointing than ordering a 12-piece original recipe chicken meal, only to find a box full of soggy, not-so-crispy chicken. It feels like they haven't changed their oil in a month. I'm convinced my chicken was cooked yesterday and served in a dirty tray. It was cold, damp, and a total mess. When did a bucket start costing $25? It seems like KFC has really hiked their prices. I also doubt I'll ever enjoy another taco from this place. I'm really sorry to say that.

On several occasions when we've visited, they've run out of chicken. This time, while they did have chicken available, it appeared they were short on gravy. All of our mashed potatoes were served with only a little bit of gravy on top.

Some in the menus are not available or will wait for at least 30 minutes... Not enough utensils available and no more napkins. Restroom needs some attention, please keep it clean and tidy.

The restaurant was busy but I still got my food in a timely manner and it was delicious. The service was also satisfactory and the restaurant was clean. All and all a good experience.
