Just Cupcakes - Norfolk

I found the cakes and cupcakes to be incredibly hard, almost like rocks. The flavor was bland, reminiscent of cardboard. Considering I spent $46 on them, the taste was incredibly disappointing. Everyone who tried the cake agreed it was awful. I regrettably cannot recommend this place to anyone. I ordered a custom wrestling cake, and I wish I had been warned that the cakes would be this unsatisfactory. They're truly terrible.

Just Cupcakes was recommended to me some time ago, and I even ordered some cupcakes for a friend last summer, which were delivered successfully. Recently, I tried to contact them about placing an order for an upcoming special event, making sure to give them ample notice. However, after three attempts to reach them via phone and email, I still haven't received any response. I understand that they might be busy, but a quick reply only takes a few minutes. I found this lack of communication unprofessional and inconsiderate. It seems like they may not be the best choice for event orders. Who knows?

The customer service was excellent, and the cupcakes were outstanding. The red velvet cupcake and brownies just melted in my mouth!

Yesterday was my first time trying a cupcake from Just Cupcakes, and I was NOT disappointed. They exceeded my expectations. The mango infused buttercream icing paired with the flavorful cupcake was superb. The perfect blend of flavors.. If you have not tried their cupcakes, I highly recommend that you do!
