New location just opened. Very clean and the employees are polite. They load on the toppings and everything is fresh. Cookies look good but I'm on a diet. Needs to add a Zero beverage (not Diet, blegh). Thanks.

Great service and love the food. Courtney helped my family of five get all the food and drinks we needed. I just got an Italian with Mayo and Mike?s way. That?s the way to go!

We 've ordered from here twice and paid for delivery. Both times food was missing. Both times we called and they wouldn 't come back out so we had to figure out how to feed the person whose food didn 't come. Both times the 'manager ' said he would credit the missing food. Both times, there was no credit given onto my debit card. Both times the 'manager ' also said he would give us 2 free coupons for a regular sub, but we had to come pick them up. Both times when we drove there, there was only one coupon waiting and the person behind the counter knew nothing. Both times we would have to drive there to use the coupons, because they can 't be used online. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!

Ordered delivery via Doordash. My order was picked up by someone else (not the dasher). Owen was very helpful in resolving issue and started remaking the order for me right away! Great service and will definitely keep supporting these guys!

I actually like JMS! They have some pretty good cheesesteaks if you can't get to your local Philly Cheesesteak place. The Italian sub has a lot of meat! YES!
