Bite Restaurant and Catering - Norfolk

We ate at Bite for the first time last Friday night. The food was delicious, although the chioppino could have used more spice, especially garlic. Service was decidedly very, very casual, but was perfect for the energy of the crowd.

Great food, great service, and great prices. Eaten there plenty of times and never had a bad experience! Worth it!

Visited for the first time last night. The new menu changed from an interesting mix of well reviewed dishes to overcooked, bland burgers and fries. If this restaurant has heart, it sure doesn't show it with this menu. Will not go back for these choices.

FIX THE LETTUCE WRAPS. I go to Bite for lunch at least 3 times a month with friends. It's nice because you can talk there even though the tables and chairs are close; they are not THAT close. The food has been consistently yummy until... THE LETTUCE WRAPS!! I LOVE lettuce wraps and they help me control my ever-expanding waistline, so I ordered them at a recent lunch at Bite. I was served a plate with: 1. lettuce 2. chicken pieces 3. whole peanuts, 4. julienne carrots, and 5. a side of soy sauce. Huh?
