Roll Me - Norcross

My wife and I have been here on multiple dates and have been blown away every time. David and his crew are incredible. The meals are filling, absolutely delicious, and so fresh. The miso soup, the salad, and the all of the sushi I have tried are each the best I have ever eaten. The service is also unprecedented. For example, I dropped a napkin to the floor and by the time I had picked it up, David rushed from behind the sushi bar, where he was busy making the next part of our meal, to deliver a new one to me with a smile. That is just one small examples of the constant quality attention we have received on our visits. The quality and quantity of the food, especially for the price, and considering the quality of service is a stellar combination and makes Roll Me my new favorite restaurant. As with any small restaurant, for the best experience choose a time that the line is not out the door. It is evident that they enjoy seeing you smile, so give them a chance to make you and you won't regret it! I was not compensated in any way for this review, nor asked to review them. I thought of doing this on my own and I just want the world to know how delighted I was during my recent visits!

I don't know how any one could have less than five stars for this place. The sushi chef's experience of 24 years shows in the food he makes, so does his love for the work. The service here is very tentative. They want to make certain you are not just pleased with the food and service but happy and satisfied. If you live for sushi and kind people in a relaxing comfortable environment then this is where you want to be. It's where I'll be when it's sushi time!

I tried this place during their opening season, when they had an abbreviated menu. The food was plentiful, fresh and tasty. I also had my first taste of Citron Yuja Tea, which I now drink daily. Keep up the good work...but maybe keep the bubble gum Korean pop music videos and movies to a minimum?

Got take out from here. The Sushi was wonderful and their Salad and Soup was delicious. I will come back again and try eating in the restaurant next time. It looked very clean and really nice.
