Taco Bell - Nob

I showed up at 10:40 and was told they dont open until 11 when they supposedly confirmed their hours. Service is always rude

I live right next to this Taco Bell never once have they gotten an order right. I am nothing special, nothing extra, i have tried ordering different #s off the menu as they come to see if they get it right but nope, never. Im convinced they just dont how to make whats on their menu. if you want anything supreme forget about it, they probably dont even have sour cream. At this point i will drive father away from my house to get decent taco bell because this location is the absolute worst.

I just want to know at this point if you as an organization actually put effort into not doing your job correctly? Why is it every single time that I come to this location if I don't check the bag when I leave the drive-thru one or more items is missing? You realize that you are literally stealing money from your customers by not providing the items that they paid for? I am absolutely done with it. Fire the manager and get somebody who knows how to train employees.

Food and service were great. The store is definitely due for a remodel and could be cleaner.
