Steak 'n Shake - Nob

Waited 20 minutes for my basic standard order of a dbl cheese w/fries. After finally getting my order I asked for a fresh Root Beer. The server insisted on handing me a drink that was sitting on the counter. I asked again for a fresh drink and she said no this is the freshest Im going to get. Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable. This location at the Webb center needs attention and better customer service

Food quality is SLAMMING! Best chili cheese fries I’ve ever had. It would be helpful to update hours for accuracy though

The female manager is very rude I believe her name is Monique… don’t recommend going to this establishment

I love this place. More should be around. Best food and milkshakes I ever had.Keep on doing your job just make sure the employees are on check!
