Worst Sonic in America. Customer service sucks! The girls asked me to pull up so they could give the car behind me their drinks (all I ordered was a cheeseburger meal). After 17 minutes of sitting on the curb, I went inside and they weren’t even working on my meal.

Always great food, just kind of frustrating to order ahead by 15 minutes, only to have to wait for our order once we arrive. It negates any convenience of ordering ahead and wastes time. If the order is prepaid, prepare it then, and have it ready for customers!

Absolutely the worst Sonic I have ever eaten at. I’m not making that judgment based on one visit. I’ve been here numerous times within the past year, hoping that each time would be different and some sort of care would be placed into their food and service. But no. Each visit is the same. I’ve had enough. This location is trash. They are slow! It takes at least 15 to 20 min to get your food. When you do get your food it looks like it’s been sitting on the counter for 15 to 20 min. Fries are old, cold, and soggy. Tastes like dirty oil. Burgers always look pathetic like someone lazy threw a few ingredients between two slices of bread and wrapped it up. If the burgers come with sauce don’t expect any on your burger. Expect a dry burger with an old stale patty. Be sure to ask for Mariana sauce if you order mozzarella sticks..because the workers will not put any in the bag. I’ve been looking forward to the release of the seasonal Garlic Butter Bacon burger and this location ruined it. The burger tastes like its been sitting out all day, there isn’t any garlic butter on the sandwich and the onions aren’t even chopped up like they’re supposed to be. I also ordered pickle fries..look at them. Some are crispy, some are soggy. All of them are cold. Choose another location if you want a satisfying meal. This place is terrible and should be bulldozed down to the ground.

30min wait for 2 milk shakes that were $12 and only got 3 quarters of one and they werent blended
