Thank you Ben for your excellent service. I am lucky to have Ben as manager not only he is genuine but also takes his time to get to know customers name. Your ability to manage mobile orders and deliver results on time is impressive. I appreciate your efforts in going above and beyond!!!

I really wish they would let people pull forward to order so if you have a mobile Drive-through order you can get past them but no they stop people so far back to order when there’s plenty of room Kind of defeats the whole purpose of mobile drive-through if I still have to wait

Parking: As usual with Chick-fil-A the food and service is amazing, pack your patience with attempting to get in/out of the parking lots and drive-thru, keep your head on a swivel, the Lord's Chicken House just does something to the people and they forget the simple courtesies in life behind the wheel.

This is the only chic fil a I’m waiting 20+ min at.
