Hands On Children's Museum

Marius was extremely rude when we came in with guests. We have a membership here and I was mistaken about the number of guests and confused about how the membership worked. We had brought in three guests before without paying but she said that our membership only got two guests in. Her response was, in a rude way saying, “Well good for you. I guess you got in free people before.” The way she said it was so unkind and unprofessional. I was shocked and didn’t know what to say. I just walked away but we won’t be renewing our membership. Not all but many of the employees have been unkind.

Awesome place. A lot of fascinating and super educational interactive exhibits/areas. I am nearly 17 and I went here as a kid after the old childrens museum got torn down. I can honestly say that a lot of the stuff here had an impact on my childhood in very unique ways. I've also babysat kids here before, and they always love it. I also did some day camps here growning up and they were really cool.

The best thing offered in Olympia for people who have children. Great indoor and outdoor areas. Clean, safe, fun. I make the drive from Shelton at least once a week. Easily the best place to take your kiddos on a rainy day.

It was good for kids but not great for adults especially the slide, my old feeble and just overall depressing dad got stuck.

Came down from BC, Canada for the day with my 3 year old and she loved it! So much for kids to do. Everything was in great condition, the staff was friendly, and the food at the cafe was very good.
