The best Vietnamese restaurant in the inner west is definitely Cabramatta. They truly reign supreme with their authentic flavors.

I absolutely adore this restaurant. The food is always delicious and the staff is incredibly friendly.

I tried the beef noodles and they were delicious. The ambiance of the restaurant is nice and the staff is friendly. The service was quick and the lunch menu is reasonably priced. It's a great option if you're looking for something different from cheap Thai food.

Had the Vermicelli salad with Sugarcane shrimp. Good portion size, the sugarcane shrimp was not too soft, but could use a bit of kitchen paper (to release the excess oil from the roast). The association was a touch that is too salty.

Rice paper is a bright, clean and modern, Vietnamese Newtown restaurant, which offers chandelier and colorful walls. I ordered the crispy skin chicken with tomato rice and coconut shrimp during my visit at the weekend. The tomato rice is delicious and rich. The use of high-quality rice grains is obvious because the tomato rice is fluffy, different and aromatic. It is a pity that many restaurants and cafes are used with low quality grains. The coconut shrimps, however, were mushy and oily and the cook will most likely do the oil from the shrimp before serving the court.
