News Cafe - Newtown

I took her to dine at the pub, but nothing on the menu caught my eye. It was the same old menu in Newtown. We decided to leave because the selection was too limited.

We popped into Newscaf Espresso because we were going to Dendys, it was drizzling with rain and it was very convenient for the Cinema. Well, what a pleasant surprise, the staff were very welcoming, the seating comfortable and the menu, whilst not huge, was very...well prepared and fresh. The Pumpkin Soup was delicious with a generous helping of Bread and the Chorizo and Egg on Turkish Bread excellent. Prices are very fair and we can certainly recommend for good quality satisfaction.

My pick for the best coffee in Sydney. Other than that just sandwiches and small desserts. Good for an afternoon pick-me-up after shopping in Newtown.

The restaurant offers a relaxing pub atmosphere with a great menu. There is a beautiful deck where guests can enjoy watching the sun set behind King Street. Live music enhances the overall ambiance of the place.

I had a business colleague visiting the city and we decided to have lunch here. We were both pleasantly surprised by the excellent service and delicious food. The location was also fantastic, with the option to sit outside on the balcony. I would highly recommend this restaurant to everyone.
